I am an Assistant Professor at the Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT), University of the Punjab, Lahore, with extensive experience in university teaching, academic administration, and research. My multidisciplinary academic background includes degrees in Computer Science, Total Quality Management, Psychology, and Urdu Literature, providing me with a broad interdisciplinary perspective. I have teaching experience in areas including Theory of Automata, Project Management, Database Management Systems, and Information Technology.
My research interests include digital image processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, medical image analysis, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and computer-aided diagnosis. My academic background in Total Quality Management and Psychology has also contributed to my interest in analytical research, human-centered studies, quality improvement, data analysis, and the application of computational techniques to complex real-world problems. I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary research that combines computing with insights from healthcare, human behavior, language, and management.
My current research focuses particularly on the application of advanced computational and image-processing techniques for the analysis, localization, and characterization of breast abnormalities in medical images.
